The facade is constructed with hand-made solid bricks and hanging tiles of fired clay combined with limestone blocks. Roofing is also with fired clay tiles. These materials conduct heat away quickly helping to keep the building cool, eliminate the need for regular painting and with little maintenance effort will still look good ten years after you have moved in.
UPVC windows, patio doors, soffits and fascias provide a sustainable, clean, bright appearance and can be refreshed with only cloth and water

Granite counter tops and moulded stone and acrylic butler sinks are used in our bespoke kitchen unless otherwise requested.
Bathrooms are fitted with white suites comprising of bathtub, separate glass shower unit, two pedestal sinks and w. c.
Internal finishing consists of porcelain floor and wall tiles

Internal doors and jambs are all native hardwood with hand carving on ground floor doors
